Last updated: 6 August 2026
This policy explains how AG Consulting Global EOOD ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with this website and our business development services. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
From website visitors. Standard technical data logged automatically by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed.
When you book a call. Meeting scheduling is handled by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any information you enter into the booking form, and shares it with us.
When you contact us by email. Your email address, name, and the contents of your message.
In the course of B2B outreach. Business contact details of professionals at target companies — typically name, job title, employer, business email address, business phone number, and public professional profile information.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- To respond to enquiries and hold scheduled meetings — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where you have submitted a booking, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To deliver services to our clients, including identifying and contacting relevant business prospects on their behalf — legitimate interest in conducting business-to-business communication (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To operate and secure the website — legitimate interest in maintaining a functional and secure service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Where our processing relies on legitimate interest, we have assessed that our interest in conducting business communication does not override the rights and freedoms of the individuals concerned. You may object to this processing at any time — see section 7.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and with clients where the data was collected as part of a service delivered to them.
- Calendly — meeting scheduling
- Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery
- Email and CRM providers — communication and record-keeping
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses or another transfer mechanism recognised under Chapter V GDPR.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries and meeting records are retained for as long as needed to handle the relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards. Business contact data used for outreach is retained while it remains accurate and relevant to an active or prospective engagement, and is deleted when it no longer is, or on request. Records required for accounting and tax purposes are retained for the periods prescribed by Bulgarian law.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any strictly necessary cookies exist only to deliver the page. If analytics are introduced in future, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request erasure of your data
- Request restriction of processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing — where you object to direct marketing, we will stop without exception
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, email a.zhelev@agconsults.com. We respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
